TeachersTreausres.ca Refund Policy

TeachersTreasures.ca web site is operated by Host Here, a Marc1 Solutions Company.

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
1. Incorrect product shipped
2. Incorrect quantities (excess) billed and shipped
3. Unsatisfactory products

Refunds will be issued when upon receipt of unsatisfactory or incorrectly shipped products (return shipping will not be paid by Marc1 Solutions or its affiliates), or when it has been determined that incorrect quantities were shipped.

Refunds will be for the amount of the original invoice less shipping amounts and taxes on shipping amounts.

Procedure to obtain a Refund
Visit and complete our online refund form at www.teacherstreasures.ca/refund. Include description of problem with products and invoice number.

Refund Currency

Refunds will be issued in the currency used to purchase the product, and to the credit card used. If you are a foreign customer, the refund amount may exceed or be less than the original amount, due to changes in the exchange rate. Teachers Treasures and Marc1 Solutions are not resposilble for variations in exchange rates.
